Privileged as I was with VIP access to its launch this February – at the 27 Boxes in Melville Johannesburg, it was an absolute “Buzz” to be a part of and have prive’ to all the “Behind the Scenes” activity .
There were Fashion designers show casing their designer lines from Haute Couture to Ready to Wear apparel – the Plus size designs from Spiders and Lace – providing first end visual to the beauty of Zaheera Bayat’s range for Plus size women.
With fashion being my forte’ I was drawn in by the designer garments with much enthusiasm from FAZAR Couture a designer collaboration by Ridwan Suder, Zaheera Bayat & Fatima Bayat – a couture brand founded by a family riddled with design talents and a passion for Fashion going back more than 3 generations. This Avant-garde range had me at “Hello”.
House of Bespoke by Waseefa Hutton – Well fact: I’m never disappointed by what the brand has to present, with creations that exudes elegance and sophistication – how could I be!
House of Fiza – By Fatima Mayet Jassat & Queens Designs by Elissa Maka both displayed an array of beautifully adorned garments that I would absolutely Don with pride perhaps at the next SASSY event…hint hint!
The Launch was indeed a huge success and a Modest Fashion Fiesta!
