‘BEET’ THE COLD AND FLU

INGREDIENTS

1/2 lemon, including peel
5 small-medium sized raw beets
2 green apples
5cm piece ginger

Juice it all and drink 1 glass to help boost your immunity against colds and flu.

My favourite way to enjoy this juice is to gently heat a cup and drink it just before bed.
