Roshan Isaacs represents the fashion and design Industry of South Africa as the Managing Director and Founder of Style Africa Fashion Network, Modest Stylist for RoyalT ChicTurbanStyling, Country Manager for the Islamic Fashion and Design Council and also the host and producer of the radio program CoverMode on Voice of The Cape Radio.  Her passion for the South African Fashion and Design Industry finds her consistently looking for ways to improve, market and create a platform whereby emerging talent and affluent designers can address, cater and broaden their skills and market potential.

In her Capacity as the South Africa Country Manager of the Islamic Fashion and Design Council Roshan tells us why the Modest Fashion Emporium was created:

Modesty is seen in South Africa as belonging to the Islamic faith or for the dull and boring consumer. The Modest Fashion Emporium was created for a number of reasons:

1) to assist homemade businesses in reaching  broader market potential

2) to assist in expanding their exposure through the use of marketing that would not be possible due to the financial constraints of small businesses.

3) for consumers to see modest fashion as stylish, elegant and that it has no barriers of faith, age, culture or personal preference. It is universal and timeless.

Experience the modest lifestyle with the IFDCSouth Africa Team: Roshan Isaacs (Country Manager, Rushda Behardien (Relationship Manager) and Mohammad Rawoot (iFash Design Consultant) at  the Modest Fashion Emporium. Trading will be between 9am and 6pm on both Saturday and Sunday with a fashion show and styling demonstrations on both days at 12pm.

Book your ticket to the Factory Shop Expo for access to all the traders and fashion show.
