1 grapefruit, peeled
1 green apple
1 slice of lemon with peel
2 cm ginger
Juice all the above, then add to a blender with half a peeled papaya (leave the seeds in for extra fibre and anti-inflammatory properties)

Grapefruit helps reduce cholesterol, supports weight loss and aids detoxification.
NB: If you’re taking any medication, first check to ensure that grapefruit won’t cause any contra-indications
