Pineapples contain Vitamin C, B-Complex and minerals, as well as being rich in natural soluble and insoluble fibre. Enjoy as is, or dilute as preferred.


1/2 a pineapple (peeled)
1/2 a papaya (peeled and seeded)
1 large carrot
1 slice of lemon
1/2 an apple
3cm piece of ginger

Juice all the ingredients except the papaya. Place in blender with papaya and blend.

This juice is packed with ingredients that may help decrease inflammation, ease gastrointestinal complaints and decrease pain. The pineapple also aids in breaking down proteins.
